Agave was founded in 2002 by industry veteran Jeff Shafer and became recognized for its luxury, quality denim designs.
From the beginning Shafer identified a void in the market for jeans designed to appeal to customers who wanted authentic, great fitting jeans they could wear anywhere, that would be youthful and contemporary without being over-styled.
Agave uses only the finest Japanese, Italian and USA-made Supima cotton denim fabrics every season. The designer often works with boutique mills to develop fabrics exclusive to Agave. All jeans are cut, sewn and hand-finished in California.
